The Leadership Talks event, organized by the Azerbaijan Engineers Union (AZMİİB), was successfully held!

The event brought together engineering students and an international delegation of Baker Hughes leaders representing different countries and business functions.

During the session, participants gained valuable insights into leadership experience, the global energy industry, engineering career opportunities, and professional development. The interactive Q&A session provided students with an opportunity to engage directly with Baker Hughes leaders, ask questions, and learn from their real-world industry experience.

Initiatives like this help broaden young engineers’ perspectives, strengthen connections between academia and industry, and empower students to take confident steps toward their future careers.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Baker Hughes for their collaboration, for sharing their knowledge and experience with our students, and for supporting the development of the next generation of engineers.

We would also like to extend our special thanks to Aygun Seyidova for her valuable support and cooperation in organizing this event. 🤝
